An order is not considered accepted until we issue an order confirmation/acceptance and successfully process payment.
Review your order carefully before submission. After acceptance, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information you provided.
Returns (if available) are governed only by our Return & Refund Policy.
You confirm purchases are for personal/household use and not for resale, commercial distribution, or export.

The price charged is the price shown at the time your order is placed and reflected in your order confirmation.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title pass to you when the package is handed to the carrier (unless prohibited by applicable law).

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Purchases made through our store are transactions between you and KEYHOUSE INTERIOR LTD, not Shopify. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that Shopify is not responsible for claims relating to purchases made from our store.
